Headed over to see the Rabbitohs play their first game for 2013, a trial against the Kumuls at the historic Redfern Oval. Souths won 38-12.
Early morning amongst the first flights out of Sydney. And the fishermen. And the rowers. And the sparrows….
Celebrity Apprentice 2013

I shot down to Bondi Beach as word spread on Twitter that the 2013 edition of Celebrity Apprentice were shooting a challenge there called ‘Fishy Business’. The two teams were divided into girls v boys, with Stephanie Rice and Dawn Fraser leading the girls, and Jeff fenech and Rob Mills leading the guys with competing fish n chips shops. Former winner Julia Morris attended as a ‘Surprise shopper’ as well.
Unicycle Hockey

Yep, you read that right, the coolest sport on one wheel, these guys play each and every Sunday at Camperdown Park. I’ll let the pictures do the talking.
This was fun! Sydney’s best breakfast radio show had an outside broadcast at Cronulla Beach which included a world record attempt of ‘The most strangers applying sunscreen to each other’, or as Matty Johns called it: the Sunscreen centipede. Pete Murray and Grinspoon provided live music, the boys were visited by Today Show weatherman Steve Jacobs, boxing champ Lauryn Eagle and Sharks players Todd Carney, Paul Gallen, Luke Lewis and Beau Ryan. And a new world record was set!
This one goes to my little boy who is quickly becoming a Ferrari aficianado/tragic, the Prancing Horse was proudly on display at the Australia Day CARnivale, including 3 absolute ‘hero cars’, the F40, the Ferrari Dino and the brand new 458, a car Jeremy Clarkson describes as the greatest Ferrari since the F40.
